4. Fees and Payment Terms
Course fees, admission charges, examination fees, and certification fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated during enrollment. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management under exceptional circumstances.

RSSA Computer Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our educational services, website, training programs, or certification courses. While we strive to provide quality education and guidance, we do not guarantee specific academic, employment, or salary outcomes.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment, access to facilities, online learning resources, or certification eligibility without prior notice if the student violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in misconduct, provides false information, or damages institute property.
